How to Register to Use the Organiser Toolkit

To register as a first-time user:

  • Click on the Register button at the bottom of the page in the New to Scholastic section.
  • Fill out the registration form and click on the Continue button
  • Note: if your school uses a single e-mail address, only one user can register.
  • You are now registered on the Organiser Toolkit.

To Log in to the Organiser Toolkit

  • Login by entering the Email address and password you created when you registered.
  • To look up your school, using lower case letters, enter the first six characters of your school's name (e.g. “st mary”)
  • Enter the first part of your school's postcode (e.g. “cv34”) and click on the Look up school button.
  • Click on the appropriate school highlighted in blue.
  • Enter the Fair ID. This must be a Book Fair date that has taken place in the last 12 weeks or a future date to take place within the next 18 months. The Fair ID is a 6 digit number which can be found on your Book Fair confirmation letter and on the letter inside your Planning Kit. You can also obtain this by calling a member of our team on free-phone number 0800 212 281.
  • Your school details are then displayed.

Once you are registerd and have logged in you can:

  • Fill out a Cash Report form to advise us of the revenue. We do all the calculations for you. You can print out the report and any invoices you need online.
  • Spend your commission If you use the online Cash Report, you will be able to spend any commission raised on the Book Fair immediately in the Commission Shop, or credit your account with a virtual voucher, which you can spend later in the Commission Shop. If you want to spend previously earned commission, you can. You must have the printed voucher. Durring checkout in the Commission Shop, you will need to enter the Serial Number and Customer ID found on the vouchers. You can use both Book Fair and Book Club vouchers.
  • Set up your next Book Fair by requesting a preferred date. This will generate an email to our team which will result in a call to you to confirm the date.

To be able to download from the Organiser Tool Kit you must:

  • Be registered
  • Have a future Book Fair scheduled within 18 months or have had a Book Fair during the previous 12 weeks.
