Ensure children get the books they want with our Book Fair Gift Vouchers. They’re perfect if your school does not want to use cash, and also for parents who can’t attend but don’t want their children to miss out.

You will need to take note of any gift vouchers purchased for your Book Fair so that you can verify that they are valid when exchanged for books.

Get started on a We Are Writers book

Scholastic’s We Are Writers initiative offers a unique opportunity for children to see their writing published in a real book that family members can buy. Display a sample copy of your We Are Writers book at your Book Fair to maximise the hype and generate even more Scholastic Rewards for school.

We recommend you start your We Are Writers book at least 10 weeks before your Book Fair is scheduled to arrive.

Choose some free books

Every fair earns Scholastic Rewards for your school. Before our driver comes to collect your fair you are welcome to choose books from the cases up to the value of Rewards earned at your fair. Just keep a tally of what you’ve taken and let us know.

Fill in your Online Fair Report

Once you’ve tallied up the money taken at your Book Fair you’ll need to fill in your Online Fair Report. Make sure you have all the figures and any bank details you might need to hand and then just work through the short step-by-step report on our website.

Spend your Scholastic Rewards

Once you’ve filled in your Online Fair Report, to let us know how much you earned and how many free books you chose from the cases, your outstanding Scholastic Rewards will be added to your online Scholastic account. You can then use them to choose from a wide range of books and resources across the Scholastic Shop.
